I am writing this guide in attempt to see less people using the teleport bug whilst killing Jad, and to promote a better way of killing him. Firstly, the requirements for this are::
Very good Melee stats
You need to have done the Ancient Magic quest!
135 Magic is a MUST!
A Magic Cape
Equipment with good Magic/Melee bonus
Pots, Food, etc.
Here is what you need to wear:
The Magic Cape you MUST wear, but make sure everything is pretty much the same, giving the best magic/melee bonus possible.
For the inventory, all you need is a Strength, Attack and Defence Potion to Drink, and the rest can be taken up by mantas.
How to do it:
Step 1:
Drink your potions and go in. Empty your dds spec bar on Jad, then just eat and hit him until the Healers come out.
Step 2:
This is where the fast clicking skills come handy. When the Healers enter and start healing Jad, go to your Ancient Magics tab and use Blood Barrage on one of the healers, then you will notice that all of them will stop healing Jad and come after you.
Don't worry about having to switch back to the inventory tab and eat, because Blood Barrage heals you for what you hit on them!
As you are hitting 4 enemies at once for up to 35-40 damage each, you are potentially healing yourself for up to 160 hp per hit!
The faster you cast, the faster they die and the faster you heal.
Step 3:
When the healers are dead, you should have enough energy on your spec bar to spec him a couple of times and finish him off. Or you can carry on blood barraging him. It's completely up to you.
I have also prepared a bad quality video of me killing Jad using this method, in-case any of you are stuck.

Try not to use the tele bug! I don't like seeing purple squares all over my screen when i'm killing Jad lol. And of course, it's cheating.

Also there is a way were you can have a team.
WHAT YOU NEED:
-3 or more people that have 135 mage, and a magic cape.
-good armor
-And a fast finger
HOW TO DO IT:
-Have all the team enter at once.
-stand in the same place and dont move.
-And just blood barrage his a**.
in no time you should have a fire cape.
